Lent reminds us that there is hope, hope when the ashes represent, not our destruction at the end of our life, but the destruction of sin in our life so that death will not be the end, but the door to eternal life.
La Cuaresma nos recuerda que hay esperanza, esperanza cuando las cenizas representan, no nuestra destrucción al final de nuestra vida, sino la destrucción del pecado en nuestra vida para que la muerte no sea el fin, sino la puerta a la vida eterna.
