Lunchbreak Prayer on International Day of the Unborn and learn about Evangelium Vitae

March 24 @ 1:00 pm
Beaded rosary with silver crucifix held by hands, religious prayer, devotion, Catholic faith, Christian prayer beads, spiritual practice, prayer beads on open book.

Take your lunchbreak with us! Join us virtually to learn more about Evangelium Vitae and to pray the rosary!  Pray for life and the spread of a culture of life to guarantee respect for human dignity in every situation, from conception to natural death.

On March 25, the solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, the International Day of the Unborn Child is celebrated in more than a dozen countries. The event originated in Argentina, and St. John Paul II played a fundamental role in its establishment.

Another reason for declaring March 25 the Day of the Unborn Child is that on this day in 1995, St. John Paul II published the encyclical Evangelium Vitae (“The Gospel of Life”), in which he clearly defended the right to life and rejected threats to it, such as abortion and euthanasia.

For this reason we are praying on a date close to this solemnity. We will pray a day before, on TUESDAY, March 24 at 1 PM, via zoom.
