Come and experience a morning of prayer, movement, and reflection designed especially for young women (18+).

Join us for Sacred Movement: Listening to God with Body, Mind, Heart, and Soul—a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and open your whole self to God’s voice. Through guided prayer, gentle stretching, Zumba, and contemplative reflection, you’ll discover new ways to encounter God and discern His call in your life.
