The Department of Information Technology & Parish Services at the Chancery is dedicated to advancing the mission of the Archdiocese through secure, innovative, and faith-driven technology solutions.  We serve as the central IT hub for the Chancery, ensuring operational excellence across all departments while offering strategic guidance and technical recommendations to parishes throughout the Archdiocese.

• Chancery IT Operations:  Managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, applications and digital collaboration tools to support daily operations.
• Website & Digital Presence: We help parishes build and maintain websites that are welcoming, informative, and easy to use. From parish news to Mass schedules, our goal is to create online spaces where people can encounter Christ and stay connected to their parish community.
• Training & Best Practices:  Equipping chancery leaders and staff with resources and workshops to navigate technology confidently and effectively.
• Advisory Support for Parishes:  Providing expert consultation on software selection, digital communications, website development, and data protection tailored to each parish’s unique needs

• Technology Support: From email systems to parish office software, we provide technical assistance and training. Our team ensures that parish staff have the tools they need to manage day-to-day operations smoothly and securely.
