Volunteering for cards of mercy allows me to be part of something bigger than myself and bring the love of Christ to others. It’s important to remind these incarcerated individuals that they are not alone and that they are so loved.

“Volunteering for this activity reminded me that Easter is a message of hope—for those who feel forgotten and long to be free in spirit. The message of Jesus and the Resurrection bring life and renews our faith.”

I recommend volunteering with the Cards of Mercy Project to anyone interested in doing so. Volunteering with Cards of Mercy is a great opportunity to support incarcerated persons alongside a welcoming community of like-minded individuals.
