Valentine’s Day is a chance to extend love to those often forgotten. Volunteers prepare sweet treats and handmade Cards of Mercy, offering a message of dignity and compassion. This outreach reflects the Corporal Work of Mercy: “Visit the imprisoned” and the Spiritual Work of Mercy: “Comfort the sorrowful.” These simple gifts often lead to profound encounters—where mercy breaks through isolation and hearts begin to heal.
